My only contention would be the optics of the rally. I have no doubt Trump could fill 10k + people there. Him doing a victory lap on that alone is worth it.
It could also potentially force the dems to spend time and money here.
Cali and NY have more Republicans and trump supporters than most states. I think he should just for the headlines and to screw with the Dems. Maybe a state like jersey would be better because it’s a little more in reach.

Because the morons in LA and SF prevent that. As a native Californian who left that shithole, it would be a waste of time for Trump. The folks I know back home are struggling with school or holding a job, have to walk over a bum encampment every block, and can't keep the lights on because of idiot government mismanagement and yet they STILL can't figure out that it's because of the Dems they keep electing at the local and state level. They've got serious TDS and blame everything on Trump. They're a lost cause and unfortunately they drive the votes in CA. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Prop 16 passes because the electorate in CA by and large is full of ignorant dipshits.
