Cuomo and de Blazio really think once they deem CCPVirus over magically offices will reopen in NYC, people will move back etc. Little do they realize many businesses probably are already planning to scale down office space in NYC to only roles that really need to meet/work in person daily (finance, HR, legal or similar role where they need to physically handle paperwork daily, etc.) and maybe felx space for major projects and rotating in office/remote work, i.e. Marketing works in office Monday/Thursday, Product Engineers Tuesday, etc.
