He's a very wealth and very powerful man and he's not in the habit of being sued by another very wealthy and powerful man. Tucker Carlson is not an idiot he's not in the business of getting sued, Rudy Guliani is extremely smart person and a lawyer and one of the most successful litigators of all time and a man of high moral standing, he's not in the business of getting sued.
