I just voted, and it felt damn good. I didn’t just vote on an incredible President and VP. I also voted to re-elect an amazing Senator. I voted to protect the United States from turning into a socialist, maybe even communist, nation. I voted to maintain the integrity of the US Supreme Court. I voted for American interests before foreign. I voted to keep LEGAL immigration an important part of this democracy. I voted in support of our military. I voted to keep the 2nd Amendment (the right to bear arms) an important part of our Constitution. I voted for religious liberty. I voted for lower taxes. And I voted to continue to fund our law enforcement, which does their best to keep us safe every day.
What did I vote against? I voted against a man who has been in DC for almost 50 years and cannot take credit for anything except a racist crime bill. I voted against a woman who led the charge in the most unfair witch hunt in United States history against Judge Bret Kavanaugh. I voted against packing the Supreme Court. I voted against the “cancel culture.” I voted against identity politics. I voted against people who weaponize our race, gender, and sexual orientation to divide us in the name of politics. I voted against illegal immigration. I voted against the ridiculous “Green New Deal.” I voted against socialism, which would turn our great country into something like Venezuela. And I voted against Nancy Pelosi tearing up President Trump’s State of the Union address right behind him, one of the most disrespectful things I‘ve ever seen in politics.
So yes, I voted. And yes, that felt damn good. 🇺🇸
That's a great list.
