This was a bad day for the Clintons and the IRS. Not only do the guys suing get discovery, but this goes to court if the Clintons and the IRS don't cop a plea. You think they'll just hand a check for 2.5 billion plus penalties over? I don't.
I wouldn't expect any news on this for a while. Now discovery and depositions start. This could take months, if not years, because both the Clintons and IRS will stall and bury the other side in paperwork and motions. But it's a victory, for sure. battle, not the war.

The judge just said that the case is allowed to go to trial and that a motion for summary judgement is denied.
