Its hard to determine, but I believe realistically the President would have to order the Military to arrest someone he has appointed. The House or Senate would have to bring charges, a special prosecutor and the Supreme Court would do the hearing.
Then isn’t that where the people step in and vote them out? We just need to make our elections far more secure to prevent cheating, I guess. Which is a difficult task too.

Most of the House and Senate are in on the payola, so I don't see them convicting anyone....except Trump and his people, of course.
