Hate is something I sometimes struggle with, we have all fallen short. You get over that through the power of Jesus. You have to ask him with all your heart mind and soul and you will be gifted with your hate being removed and replaced with even more love.
If you get the opportunity before antifa facists try to hurt or kill you, tell them you love them and Jesus loves them too. Even if they hurt you, it might just well be the only time in their lives that they hear someone who genuinely admits that they love them.
