They're taking the ground game more seriously than last time. Prior, Hillary signs only showed up like a week before elections, I'm seeing many within city limits currently. Outside of the city it's pretty much all Trump. My wife made a comment that she actually saw a Biden sign in a rural area, unlike last election. PA will be very closer than last time. Will vote-in-ballots do the trick this time? More Biden signs than Hillary, that's for sure. They're taking the ground game more seriously than last time.
Prior, Hillary signs only showed up like a week before elections, I'm seeing many within city limits currently.
