What needs to happen is they need to be moved out of far left states so there is less chance of their entire staff being far left as it is now, moderation needs to happen at a national and even state level. So if you live in Texas you are moderated (or not) by moderators from your state and not Califnornia liberals.

This is the only way to fix social media, a total shakeup of the staffing policies or a change of moderation from what you can write to what you can see. If they try to make changes right now most of their staff will rebel and/or quit and the sites will grind to a halt.
