My wife was tested positive with 0 symptoms.
I literraly put my finger in her nose then back in mine as soon as we knew.
I have zero symptoms and tested negative, will test again soon
Kids are all fine
At work in two days I had 3 families
In each one two members tested positives with no symptoms and the others negative
Well I had to, we have intensive contact tracing in France, my wife was called and asked to be tested because one of her coworker was positive.
Then she tested positive so I was asked too.
We had to call the school and the nursery to tell them our kids will have to stay at home.
and being a medical doctor I had to close my office as I am a close contact even if negative.
If I don't test I will never be able to open again because of the backlash and the hysteria about covid and tbf my dad has a lot of severe conditions I assume my parentd will never babysit my kids if my status isn't known.
I know two people that dies that were WuFlu positive. One was a 400 pound diabetic that they were trying to get his heart healthy enough to survive surgery to take one of his feet off and died from a heart attack in the hospital. A 47 year old friend of mine from college passed in early September from a brain aneurism at home on his 14 day quarantine. Both were listed as chyna virus deaths to pump numbers.
I've been wondering about this... Seems like someone with any background in virology and a microscope could verify it exists, but what verifies that the "tests" being passed around aren't just a biological random number generator? Any "test" for the "novel xyz" virus can now be made up and used as weaponized paranoia for govt control
Wife and I tested positive, miserable week, fever, cough, blah blah, that was in March, my Uncle in law died (79, cancer survivor, diabetes, high bp and weighed 300+) other than that several friends/family have tested positive, only one hospitalization and that was more of a precaution because of age.
Sorry about your uncle. How do you feel abour coronavirus now that you were sick and also lost a family memeber to it? Do you see it any different than if your uncle had got the flu?
One of my student's grandparents died "from" it. He was 79 and besides being morbidly obese, was also a diabetic, had heart problems and was on oxygen for COPD. But yes, corona totally killed him. Cut him down in the prime of his disease ridden life. He might have survived for 6 more months of it wasn't for the rona.
That's sounds like my Uncle in law who died, 300+ pounds (at 5'7"), diabetic, high BP, cancer survivor, but yea it was totally the covid that killed him honk honk
I know someone who got it. He was hated by a ton of people so they wished he would die. Thing is he didn’t die, he actually got stronger. Haven’t been able to see him lately other than on you tube but he looks great! He’s been doing two rallies a day since he cleared the virus and looks happy and energized. I love the China Virus now!
I’m an ICU nurse. I’ve seen patients die from COVID, mostly back in April when there was a surge of critical patients in my area. Thankfully, now the death rate is very low since we know more about treating it in the hospital (look up MATH protocol if you’re interested) and pre-hospital testing is more available. While over 99% live after having COVID, I’ve seen it kill patients. I’m sick of this lockdown too, but don’t pretend the disease hasn’t harmed.
Yes I do. Those who are more vulnerable to COVID always have the option to stay home. The original lockdown was 15 days to slow the spread. It should’ve never gone on this long.
My wife took a trip last week, came back and tested positive for it. 0 fucking symptoms. I tested a few days later (still kissing her and behaving fucking normal around the house) and tested negative.
I keep hearing people tell me.... hey so and so got covid. My response is always the same. "So?"
Mine too. Hey did you know that one of the admin team (school) tested positive... My response, "Yes, and..."
I know 2 people who tested positive. Also positive for antibodies.
They never even knew they were "sick".
That was me.
That’s one of the things that’s bothering me. This is supposedly a world shattering virus yet nobody seems to have the discipline to call it properly.
COVID is short for COrona VIrus Disease. A cold fits that damn definition. Coronaviruses are a fairly common type of virus.
I didn’t know anyone who had even had it until yesterday. HS buddy is now napping more often than before. Reeeeeeeee!

He'll, I don't know of anyone testing positive
I tested “positive.” Never had any symptom at all. No fever, no cough, no fatigue, no tickle. Nothing.
They didnt even tickle you when you got tested?
I tested myself, I wish it tickled.
They can't actually detect COVID. We don't know if it exists.

Totally. Not the extensive history of health issues and current ongoing health issues. Nothing to do with his death. Nope.
I know more people personally that committed suicide during the lockdowns than people who have died from COVID
I don't know why people can't hold two ideas in their heads at the same time.
There's a new virus that spreads easily and is most dangerous to a part of the population who is old or sick.
Society should continue to operate normally, with any precautions being voluntary, because freedom is more important than safety.

Do you think the world should reopen 100% at this point? Travel, cruising, movies, stadiums, concerts?
Yes I do. Those who are more vulnerable to COVID always have the option to stay home. The original lockdown was 15 days to slow the spread. It should’ve never gone on this long.
Thx. I know another head charge nurse at a big hospital who says the same thing.

I know a few people. But if they didn’t stick ventilators down their throats I am confident they would be alive today.
