Dear Mr FriscoMan,
Appealing to the Lord is right. When you’re blessed and on top of the world - praise him. When you’re in tribulation - praise him. When you’ve been rebuked - praise him. When you have been given good works to walk in for his glory and you reap a harvest of joy - praise him.
