for those that dont know this is a method that some asian countries use to make sure that people dont vote twice (It Actually acts as a good safeguard against voter fraud) they use a marker with a strong ink that would stay on your skin for like a month until wades off with that theres no way you can come in into voting booth and vote twice with that ink on you

So how do they do for postal votes? They don't have them?

I'd totally agree by the way, people should be able to vote only in person with no exception.

Most places don't have postal voting. That is an American thing.

Its only a Democrat thing. It only serves as ballot harvesting, voting for other people, giving votes to non citizens, etc...

I mean, American democracy was a prime example of a GREAT system back when it was founded on blood. People were not "enemies" if they supported different views. There was a cooperation to produce the greatest nation on Earth, while other countries lived endless turmoil. So it made sense then that you could have achieved this level of strong trust and institutions. Seems to be very recent that the left party has gone the sedition route. Almost as if the cold war was a driving force for progress.

They probably do but like most countries, postal votes are tied to their identity. One per social security number, most likely.

PSST..... I'M JUST GONNA PRETEND TO MARK YOUR HAND!!! COME BACK IN AN HOUR WHEN WE SWITCH TABLES AND I'LL LET YOU IN ONE MORE TIME! I have to mark you next time though because they'll catch on if you come back a fifth time today!

Aaaaaand..... It didn't work perfectly.... But i get the sentiment and agree it's better than what we... DON'T have right now.

perhaps you need the ink to vote. Like your vote would need a fingerprint with the ink. That way it serves a purpose and prevents revoting.

There's always ways to improve it, and really I'm not any different than a lefty saying "what if they bring a ladder"

There's always gonna be some degree that can surpass the measure, but when something as simple as an ink dot can cut down on the bulk majority.... Why the hell not, at that point?

I say go for the ink anyway.

that wouldnt work if there were cctv cameras on the place and also most asian countries allow police officers to monitor polling places so that look out for suspicious and fraudulent activities

Assuming.... the police officers aren't also in on it...

well there are international monitors who check on the police officers and the election officers
