yup, third world countries do a better job,

Finger print on ballot paper in indelible ink

imagine how fast you could cut out multiple votes like this...

even if they could get the ink off, computer scanning of every ballot could check for duplicate fingerprints.

It would be enough to have a single database with all voter registrations to prevent people from voting twice.

However, it's not as a secure as the fingerprint ink.

not suggesting instead of, I'm taking as well as.

if the fingerprint scanning was done federally, it would be a good verification to the states own counts as well as being able to spot people voting in two states...
