The FBI had Hunter's hard drive for a year. They knew Rudy had it. According to Bannon on this interview, Guiliani called him (and the billionaire Chinese whistleblower) in to work on the Chinese business emails in August.
When was Bannon arrested for allegedly stealing border wall money? August. Where was he arrested? On the Chinese whistleblowers yacht.
Coincidence?
