Pass a law requiring companies to make "good faith" enforcement of their terms of service. We need two things better than that:
Make political affiliation a federally protected class.
Pass a law requiring companies to make "good faith" enforcement of their terms of service.
That would enable civil suits for this sort of conduct.
We certainly also need to get rid of this "we reserve the right to ban you for any reason" clause.
Be transparent with your rules, clearly outline them and ban the ones who break them.
Consistent application of the rules. Thats what is not happening now. Thats where a "good faith" law would work.
Like cops arresting people enjoying parks, kayaking, or defending their businesses. But not arresting rioters.
Right. That's a travesty and shit like that is why I'm not all on board with this Blue Lives Matter stuff.
They are out there arresting people in churches while kneeling to BLM murderers.
No. We need helicopters and we need common carrier regulations, not "good faith". "Good Faith" is too vague
