Asymptomatic = not a case.
Positive QUALITATIVE test on an asymptomatic person means they had SOME proteins that could indicate covid19...or flu...or cold...or sars.
Can't tell which virus you have, can't show how much you have (aka enough to get sick, let alone spread to others).
