4 years for the bachelor's -- likely in sociology or poli sci -- 2 years for the master's -- likely offered as a combo from sociology/poli sci/business. Those sorts of master's have become increasingly popular to push at incoming grad students. Since they're all over the place with regards to requirements from different departments, you tend to have to take more classes (and the requirements often change from year to year) = more money for the university.
