I and many others have offered up suggestions/our time and financial resources only to be literally ignored. It gets a little old.
Money helps but the exchange of money would also open this to government oversight that would require full disclosure of information. That information wouldn’t be safe. Third party service providers have info but the govt can’t just waltz in and demand a service provider turn over information, not without court proceedings.
There has to be a workaround. I know hosting is spendy, but this site doesn't work when it can be so easily throttled. We ORGANICALLY ddos our own site when big news breaks.
Any appreciation in wealth attracts the Feds (IRS), and you can imagine they are stalking these grounds waiting for a sign to open an investigation. This is how they work.
Any exchange of money would have to be offline between parties that truly trust each other. Trust the money will be used as promised. Trust any TD.win operational information shared won’t be disclosed elsewhere. As you can see, this isn’t scaleable.

As for time, if they need help they’ll ask for volunteers and even then it’ll involve extreme vetting. Kind of you to offer but no need to be salty if they aren’t interested.

I was a little annoyed at something yesterday, a sticky about how Whitler had anal sex, i logically approached the post, had the discussion and moved on.
As for website features, I used to get annoyed because of seeing the same posts, so I looked in settings and turned on hide up voted posts.
This feature is awesome, it helps with a consistent drip drip of new content.
In the evening, i turn off that setting and review the days top posts, before I go to bed, i turn the setting on again and review the new drips then get into bed, and stay up well past my bed time and wake up fucked for work lol.
Worth it.

Programmers don't decide what content people post. And mods should only eliminate illegal content. The entire reason we come here is bc the mods aren't restricting your speech.
I've never heard anybody here complain about TD content in general, maybe about specific topics, but ppl should be allowed to voice complaints/counter opinions.
Otherwise we'd be no different than reddit, Twitter, or fb.

I have volunteered and was told they'd get back to me, that "things are crazy right now." But then, I don't bitch on here about features, I just add them to my TDW Chrome extension instead.
