I’ve been seeing the breaking 4Chan news regarding the OR voting system having vulnerabilities. The CO and OR voting computer systems are very similar. Are there any Pedes who can help me gather more data on the validity of the 4Chan posts so I can get the right people in CO informed? A 4 Chan post won’t cut it.

The 4Chan posts are valid. Basically you can verify these things yourself:

  1. What do you need to login (more than name + DoB?)
  2. Once you're in, what can you do?
  • Can you change a vote?
  • Change address?
  • Request a new ballot & does this invalidate a current vote if you've voted?
  • Do you need any addition authentication (last 4 of SSN or similar)

From the server side (the voting system itself)

  • Are there limits to the number of times an external system can connect to it from the same IP address (to detect Uzbek scripts running)
  • Is geolocation/geofencing enabled to notice connections from unusual places
  • Is traffic volume being monitored and do you have DDoS protection in place?
  • How easy is it to report problems with the voting system - users will help here
  • Are there periodic summary audit reports - are unusually large numbers of votes changing?

DM if you want to chat more specifically.

Sadly the system in place to report and ‘deal’ with the voter fraud accusations in blue states are designed to cover up the fraud instead of address it

Don't know if this will help, as a Washington State (which is only mail-in and has been for over a decade) voter, I went to their "track your ballot" website. If you know a person's name and date of birth, you can check their mail-in vote status. There is an option in the menu to request an "online ballot". If you pursue this option, you can print and send in a new ballot which will CANCEL OUT any ballot you previously mailed in. Even just starting the online request will cancel out your previous ballot.

So what 4chan has discovered is 100% true.

I just went in to check the process and now, as in just this morning, they have one of those CAPCHA checks before you can get to your info, which they didn't have as late as last night. So they must be getting hit by bots or something.

If Colorado has a website where you can check your mail in ballot status, check this yourself with your own ballot. I would say 1. what info is needed to check your status (i.e. name and DOB, or something else, and 2. if there is a way to cancel your previous ballot and resubmit, or request a replacement ballot.

Got it. There is a ballot tracking system. I haven’t voted yet, my ballot hasn’t been received in the mail. BUT I will check to see what options I have.

Sure!

Try to do it yourself.

Go onto the Colorado secretary of state, voter registration web site.

Try with your own name/DOB.

If that works, try your spouse.

If that works get consent of a friend or neighbor and attempt to make the edit, but don't save it.

There are a few systems I’m talking about.

  1. end-user interface system. Is that what’s compromised in the OR system?

2). As an EJ I have full access to the entire state’s voter database (my job is a poll book judge) I am very curious about the auditing and tracking processes with this system considering how much access EJs have to all this data.

  1. in CO every ballot becomes a paper ballot, so there is a physical tracking system for all the paper that integrates with the voter database. Again, I can access all of that system.

What exactly am I trying to edit in the voter registration system in CO. I know I can change all my voter data. The only thing I can’t change is my active or inactive status.

From what I understand the very process of requesting a ballot via this system will invalidate prior ballots submitted. So technically it is not necessarily to edit anything; simply requesting a new ballot will take away a vote from candidate X or Y.

So, if you can change yours online with just your DOB, so can anybody else.

I'm in CO as well and would love if we can get to the bottom of this

It’s critical. I’m sorting through stuff now. My first EJ shift is tomorrow!

I’d like to get a cohesive picture painted and written up with action steps for my voter integrity group who is the conduit between the Trump legal team, the Sec of State and Judicial Watch.

Unfortunately these are not tech savvy people so I have to do a lot of hand-holding to walk them through step-by-step.

Pede, can you do me a favor and run through checking your ballot status on the CO tracking app/website to see if you can change your vote choice, request a ballot etc?

I just checked mine. You start at the county website, then it takes you to the state SOS. It tells me they received it. There are no options to view it, cancel it or change it that I can see.

In Colorado, I get an email that says my ballot has been approved each time I've voted in the past.

I'm not sure if they have changed things this time around though.

I think you can still call and check if your ballot has been accepted, but if you have any doubt in your mind, just go and vote in person also.

If the voter fraud system is as robust as they claim it to be, they will only count your ballot once.

I know as an EJ, if you received a mail-in ballot and then you come in to a voting center (not sure if you can do this online) and you fill out your new ballot, your old one is negated.

However... the question becomes: if you cast both ballots in our training they said the duplication would be caught in processing. That’s the real issue.

Millennial Millie posted something about voter fraud. Online companies were swaying the votes and that's what caused Kentucky and other states to have Dem Governors. I'll try and find it now

There's the link to Millies video on Kentucky getting cheated from Gov spot

Okay first update:

CO has an online tracking system for ballots which is where it appears the vulnerability in OR & WA have the problem. Their tracking system is integrated with their master voting system.

In CO the tracking software all seem to be different (from different vendors) and are administered by each county.

When I checked in the tracking system for my ballot all checked out okay. The problem is when I went to other county’s tracking I couldn’t check to see if ballots can be requested or changed bc Im not a registered voter in that county.

Accept the help of the people here to verify if you do or do not have a problem.

If I were in your shoes and I discovered that my state was in the same situation I'd compile the information in a video and write a clear letter breaking down the problem and get this information to -

  • The election commission
  • Your state PD
  • Your county sheriff
  • The RNC and the DNC (You don't want the impression of favoritism)
  • And finally, local reporters. The local news hounds are usually much better than the national news outlets at getting involved with local stories.
  • FOX news would be worth a shot. Reaching out to reporters by twitter and email both.
  • Finally, you could scattershot all of your state politicians on the national level - of course this means politicians of both parties.

If none of that worked, then the Governor's office.

In the past I've had quite a bit of luck reaching out to Senators. They really do seem to be the most responsive to their citizens. Even our Dem senator is good about that.

Argh. I lost a post I saw posted earlier that has an extensive set of screen caps from 4Chan that shows what’s happening in OR and WA. Anyone have that link?

You're welcome. We need to do everything we can to keep the election honest.

CO Pedes, can you check your voter registration and ballot tracking system? I need to see what’s happening in different counties. I have Boulder covered. I can’t see Denver which is important. I’d like to see somewhere in the mountains Summit, Pitkin counties and somewhere south around Pueblo.

Please post what you find. Many thanks!

Update: I’m at my first shift as an EJ. It’s confirmed that ballots cannot be changed once they’re cast in CO.
