Ehhhh, I disagree. Hillary screwed up her public image and the general public knew of her dark dealings.

Biden on the other hand was able to create an image of being an Average Joe if you will. The only thing that screwed that up was his crack head son. Sure, some people may have known about his dirt, but it wasn't as widely known.
