I worked in an old folks home at the begning of the pandemic, they arent afraid of death but they def dont wanna die alone. The large churches opened back up and i saw it was the old folks who came back first, hugging and talking with each other (one old lady referred to it as a "covid hug") .... they are highly aware they are at risk but also know they have lived long lives and know what living means...... my own father included.
Been saying this from the start. Everyone concerned about staying alive, but nobody is living anymore. Been insulted by a loooooot of lefties for that one, but I'm standing by it.
