I'm in Ohio as well. I went to Sam's last weekend and it was about 50/50. The 50% wearing masks about 10% of those were wearing correct masks or wearing them correctly. The rest didn't have their nose covered or just had it below their chin. People are pretty much over this and not really that concerned.

I'm going on a third date with a girl tonight. One reason (among many) we connected? We both think all of this COVID, mask, etc is BS. Thanks, China!
