Biden is toast. He'll be arrested before the election, which will invalidate the ballots already sent in and those printed also. He may not be arrested by DOJ but by the Treasury, or IRS, or USSS (Secret Service, under DHS)

Kalama will become the pres nominee...she'll have to pick a VP at the last minute. She may pick Barack Obama, unless there is a fear that because VP is in the line of presidential incapacity succession that THAT would violate the 2 term for president limit making him running again as an option invalid; which is a decent arguement; then it will be Michele Obama, or Elizabeth Warren but probably not Bernie Sanders. Possibly but unlikely
