I just thought of something. Just because a new ballot was requested and the old ballot was voided, if it was for the correct person or from the right person, it still can be counted.

In Indiana, to change any part of someone's voter registration, you must have DOB, full name AND county of current registration.
Then if you want to change anything, you must have that person's DL number, or Indiana ID number. It sounds like it's not nearly as easy as it is in some places.
But anyone who lives in Indiana, or any who has family here, encourage them to go to the Indiana voters website and add two factor authentication. In the setup for two factor authentication, you have to provide your DL or Indiana ID number and an email, so create a random email that no one would know, that way, if they pull up your name, they have to know the full email address to get into your account with the two factor authentication, and even if they know your email address, they'd still have to have access to said email to get the two factor authentication code they send to the email address.

The Florida part doesn’t make sense though, we don’t have mail in voting, you can request absentee, but have to provide ID and a valid reason to get it. Also if you vote in person is the absentee won’t be counted
