He wasnt only just making a fortune off his fathers name.Joe was paying himself. Thats a huge difference. The argument :"lots of politician families make money off their family" doesnt hold because its Joe making money for Joe.

no my point is, hes not allowed to accept money. The work around is generally give it to family friends. But if the email says he gets half of it. Then he directly complicit in bribery
