Can this be proved? Can Oregonians verify that their vote was counted or not? I've been voting in Oregon since before cheat-by-mail and I'd like to be able to look up that all my hand-delivered ballots were counted. If not, I would like to be part of a class action lawsuit.
I've been thinking this same thing for a while now too. Just seems really unlikely for Dems to have such a strong super majority in our state legislature. I would love to be able to audit my past votes to check for accuracy because once I mail it out, I never hear about it again, I just have to hope the dems counting my ballot decide not to throw it in the trash.
With that same website, you can verify your vote has been received and counted. There are also reports of who has and hasnt voted in past elections (but you cant see who they voted for). Your county election office will have that data. Candidates use it for canvassing and PR groups use it for research.
