I don't. just looked it up. First result - snopes. Showing an image where its painfully obvious that fake eyebrows are falling off his face "False... phenomenon appears to be the result of lighting, not follicular fakery."
Their evidence for this is that there are several minutes of footage and the fake eyebrows did not fall off any further in 2 minutes.
I hope Snope and everyone who works there get on the wrong end of a real totalitarian dictator some day.
