Wait a minute, they're accessing the GMail account live instead of downloading all of it up front to a mail client? Just use Outlook for crying out loud, it will capture the DKIM in the properties and download it with the messages. Our people need to get a lot more technical. Do we trust that Google won't just delete the account? This is crazy.
