Out of thin air from techno-weenies in basements. The arguments are refuted in various other threads. The metadata lack is just because the emails are being converted to PDFs instead of shared raw with the DKIM hash. The DKIM hash won't work unless the entire Email is shared with all recipient info, but for some reason (probably fear of prosecution for doxing), parts of some of the Email addresses are blacked out.
