I am no fan of the flu shot myself. Only ever got one, then got the flu. But the site references itself as one of two sources for the article.
I'm always suspicious of recommendations for OR against flu shots...seems everybody has an axe to grind. What I know, is the one flu shot I did get, ab 20 yrs ago...yeah, I know they've changed...wanna bet for the better?...is I was low-level nauseous all winter. Never missed any work, but lost ab 8 pounds that winter bc I felt so crummy...Not interested.
