I don't believe these fliers were ever actually posted anywhere. The culprit is printing them out, taking a picture of it, then posting the image on the internet to create fake controversy
I'm always sus about stuff like this but, just report it to the police or your local sheriff. Besides that I wouldn't take any other precautions besides what you normally do on a day to day basis.
