We talk nowadays how the Democrats are super corrupt, trying to take control, etc. But when did this all start? Who did it begin with? Obama? Was it before him?

I didn't think anything of Democrats before Trump was elected, not that I really paid attention to politics until that point. But now it seems like all members of the Democrat party are corrupt in some way.

My grandparents were Democrats back when they were younger. They were JFK-era Dems, which some people say is like a modern Republican, I'm not sure. My grandpa was especially; worked at General Motors for 38 years as a member of UAW. But neither of them say they have heard anything like what's going on now. I don't think they care much for Trump, but they definitely do not like Biden nor modern Democrats. Other family members who are Democrats think the same way, except for one of my aunts.
