looks like an early sewing machine, potted plants, decent size stack on the stove, rocking chair....looks like ready to build house and barn, two well fed dogs..horse team...upper middle class settlers.
i would put it somewhere around 1850 - 1870...the house looks old....it was a common thing for settlers to buy someone had failed to settle....just saying.

The sewing machine was invented in 1846. So this is after that.
