I'm just saying to say that it's odd that a minority a good deal (not the majority) of wealth and power, it would require the questioner to dig deeper and to find out why that situation is what it is.
It is completely anti-semitic to believe that there is a conspiracy among only the Jewish billionaires to bestow some sort of virtue unto the rest of the world by way of social justice and critical race theory policies in order to sow divide and establish further control. If you dug deeper you would have to understand the Jewish people and Jewish mentality and that the culture itself inhibits and demands of its sons and daughters to be successful. If you truly grew up in a Jewish household you would know that it's true your parents wanted you to get the best education possible and go for the highest paying in demand jobs or professions (as in 99.99% of Jewish families). So, when you have a people that were shackled by the chains of Nazism seek refuge and freedom in the land of America, all they did was work hard and used every waking moment to excel as much as they could given the resources they had. You would also verify that most Jewish immigrants post wwII migrated to dense urban centres (New York, Los Angeles, Florida, etc.) instead of rural America where the opportunity to succeed and make money was far less.
Once you start seeing this picture you'll realize that the answer is much simpler than you were hoping for (Ocam's Razor).
The other question is: well, what do we do with such a group? And my question is this: do we want equality of opportunity or equality of outcome? It seems to me that this forum, and most people who are egalitarian and value freedom (I assume you are one of them) would obviously say that they want equality of opportunity, because the latter precludes racial profiling for the sake of communist ideals (like cultural appropriation).
