The FBI was born bad, J Edgar Hoover kept files on all the politicians and big companies. The FBi has always been dirty and has always been political.

I suggest it gets shit canned and in its place the States get together to work out how their police departments can produce the police to work as an interstate organization that is overseen by the States with no input from the Federal government.
