In Canada, they will still give you a certificate. We have people here that refuse to shake hands of women and it's really akward. Want to speak up about it? Can't. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
He'll just appeal until he gets a hypenated-double-surname female judge to grant an exception for cultural reasons or some such nonsense. These judges (i.e. activist leftist judges) are a stereotype in Germany for a reason.
It shouldn't ever have come down to this, so close to letting a terrorist enter their country where they could kill and rape with impunity. Where were all the other checks and tests of this person that ought have been applied diligently well before they even got this far through the process?
