Yep, predicting Trump in 2016 was a great way to make money on election night as the prediction markets were mis-priced until then. The problem in October 2020 is new traders aren't even allowed to place new bets on predictit.org so you are locked out of any potential profit and loss from Bloomberg or Soros bucks unless you got in months ago.
Don't deposit any money in Predict if you are hoping to bet on the presidential election. They are allowing no new traders in the presidential election marketplace. This makes it impossible for any new entrants to trade off the new Biden Hunter email revelations for example. Also there is a 5% fee for withdrawing your money so you are guaranteed a 5% loss just to find out you can't trade this market.
