"This question is a deliberate smear of me and my supporters with no evidence to support it. I'm sick of you liberal moderators doing this. There are serious issues under consideration in this election, but you prefer to turn this debate into a clown show. This question is stupid and pointless."

I think Trump should print up a stack of business cards that say "I am Donald J Trump and I denounce white supremacy as I always have. Please keep this card and refer to it any time needed" Leave a card on every chair at every press event and hand a stack out to every reporter that asks the question. Then he can just just point and say, "Read the card. Outload. Next question"
Yes, but he needs to point out that the question is a deliberate smear. Always attack a lie, never defend against it. They want the defense because it implies guilt. Even if the media is honest enough to report "Trump denounces white supremacy," it sounds like there must be a reason that he had to do it. The question is only asked to support the "You ain't black" narrative.
You're right. It's a gas lighting technique being used by the press, without a doubt. I explained it to my wife like this: If every day someone walked up to you and asked loudly so everyone could hear "Can you deny that you stole from the church orphans fund" and everyday you denied it, eventually everyone hearing the question would think you must have stolen money from the church you else the question wouldn't keep coming up. It's the most dishonest thing the press does.
Yes, and we need to make the media fear doing this every time it happens. Newt was great at this. In 2008, Newt made sure that the media never asked about Sarah Palin's "inexperience" again: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6nmir
He was and thanks for posting that. Long enough ago that I had forgotten. Pretty sure the reporter remembers it to this day though.
