The only reason I'm not worried about Bannon being ostensibly in charge of the Chinese exposure is that Giuiliani is involved. Steve seems to be a loose cannon much of the time. Rudy has the discipline, the prosecutorial experience and the trust of the President for decades.
As far as a lack of provability, we don't know yet. We have to wait and see what's there. Might be harder to prove the provenance of the Chinese drives, but maybe there's a documented chain of custody.

At the very end they explicitly say he’s talking about COVID-19 and clearly at the very least the democrats sought to exploit the virus for political gain, and knowing they’re in bed with China is it really a leap to assume they knew this was done intentionally to help them? After reading the comments here, has anyone considered this - the "Hunter Biden Laptop Story" is actually two high-level operations run by Steve Bannon against the CCP. It consists of:
Bannon is aware of what happens if you release such material, which is considered Chinese property. You either get Seth Rich-ed or put away like Assange. In Bannon's case, it would be extradition and trial in Beijing.
How do you dissimilate hacked material, especially dangerous, WW3 material?
By making it legal.
When Bannon met Giuliani, it was chocolate meets peanut butter.
Rudy had many photos and videos of Hunter Biden screwing young Chinese girls from a trip to China and e-mails implicating his father in shady business deals. From hacked material obtained by an insider in the Beau Biden Foundation.
Giuliani is aware of what happens if you release such material, which would be considered the Bidens' property obtained during a commission of a crime. You either get Seth Rich-ed or put away like Assange. In Giuliani's case, he would be illegal possession.
But by putting the Li-Meng Yan and Mr. Lude's hacked information on Hunter's HD, they're established a chain-of-evidence, and, if the Biden Family sues to retrieve the laptop, it can be kept as evidence in a court case.
After Bannon and Giuliani set this up, they notified Mr. Lude to create a cover story to stir up China's warring political factions.
What we see here may be the first step towards war with China.
Extradition to Beijing? Dude, you've lost the plot if you think Trump would send Bannon to China to be punished for the "crime" of receiving a hard drive from a defector. It wouldn't even be an issue because China would have to deny everything on the hard drive anyway. And if it's as big as everyone claims it is, then we'll be at China's throat and I don't think extraditions are going to be in the cards.
I feel the only way consequences will occur is via war. Nobody in position of authority is willing to prosecute.

As much as I love this site, sometimes it can depress me. The single video from the CCP dissidents is all that this speculation is based on, yet even in that video they stated they got this information from Miles Guo.
Miles Guo has a massive beef with the CCP, he twists everything to that agenda, Guo also hired Bannon and spends a lot of time with him.
What is very likely is that Bannon told Guo about the laptop and Guo twisted that to make out like it was a plot from the CCP. A game of telephone later and people are treating three hard drives from the CCP as fact.
What we do have have as a real fact is a laptop drive from a known source that shows the Bidens are corrupt, as Rudy stated, he could win a RICO case just with that evidence.
Instead people want to go for a Tom Clancy fan fiction version which is very likely not true, I have huge distrust for Guo as he has a massive vendetta against the CCP and spins everything as their fault. The CCP are as evil as fuck but if you had your bike stolen, Guo would somehow tried to spin a tale which involved the CCP stealing it.
What can happen here is people get hold of this very far fetched story and use it to discredit the Biden laptop information totally.
