46% approval might actually be real but that is the BEST-case scenario for Dems. Rasmussen was polling roughly 49-53% approval up until a few weeks ago when he got covid. Since then it has been around 46-49% and is at 48% today.

I would say he's at 47-48% right now with a good chance to climb back up to 50-51% on election day.

Like you said, 47% is practically a gurantee. Still don't want to get my hopes up and we all have to vote but it sure is looking good right now. And we have the momentum
