I requested to not receive a ballot in the mail specifically and went to vote in person. Today I received a mail in ballot. What should I do with it? Shred it? Sue them?

hold on to it - notify the head of your GOP campaign committee in your area. Don't double vote (that's illegal) but do report it to your Secty of State for instructions. Document their instructions and make sure to double check your voting status on your 'myvoter' page for your state.
