Gilead is the name of the country/town/city/whatever the fuck (I've never seen it, because I'm not a Women's March member) from The Handmaid's Tale, an entirely fictional and unrealistic fantasy of men oppressing women through government, despite the opposite being the case across Europe and in the US if we lose.

It is written by Margaret Atwood, a far-left lunatic who honestly believes men should be removed from power, if not just killed. She holds the highest honor that can be given by the UK Government to a non-citizen, the Companion of Honor to the British Empire medal. The UK, coincidentally, is basically a reverse Gilead.
