I'm not a mother and never will be. I (somewhat) get it, you have (several) someone(s) that can be that can be threatened to get you to back down. I suppose that I'm almost the polar opposite from you in that regard; no children and a single man, so there's no one else I have to worry about.
But still, you're calling upon someone else to help preserve your (and frankly your children's liberty) and hoping they do it.

So I had my husband watch the kids for a bit and I went and took them down. No more bitching.
You did it! Congratulations! And the biggest problem you had was not having a big enough garbage bag, if you even had any trouble at all, was it.
