Bevan Cooney for sure. He turned over his email account(s) to his attorney because he felt he was the fall guy while Hunter remains free of any consequences. Those emails alone would tie up any lose ends about the who, what, when, why and how the company was deriving its income. Devon Archer thought he was getting out of his legal troubles via favorable judge in SDNY. Appeals court just slapped him down and he now faces sentencing. He is most likely looking to make a deal that would implicate Hunter et al. Have not read anything for sure on him though.

Note: the legal troubles in question has to do with a bond scheme for a Native tribe out of New York. As you might imagine they pulled some illegal shit. This all went down several years ago but the Archer sentencing situation is currently in progress. Stay tuned...
