I’m just now forming my predictions about this. But I think you’re onto something. They surely have to realize that if Trump wins again, he’s coming after them. I’m sure he’d give some kind of “forgive the past, but moving forward” type deal like he seems to have done with so many others. But, I just can’t see that they will keep towing the corrupt dnc line after another Trump win. The house they’ve built is burning.
Maybe not much middle of the road but I think they’re realizing that by giving Democrats a free pass, they’re allowing them to self-inflict a lot of damage.

If MSM was smart they would get behind Trump and help push for changing up 230 to reduce it remove the immunity
