It makes sense when you realize the activist jusgldges and DAs support the murder, they just can't say it out loud. Kyle gets the book thrown at him because he's the wrong race, religion and political affiliation to be able to protect himself.

The Denver guy won't do any time, I'd bet the farm on that. They approve of what he did the arrest and charge is just theater.

Jury box, ballot box, ammo box.

We are very close to step three.

The irony is, if he gets out, this "security guard" is probably going to have to hire his own with as hot as he is seen right now.

Rules for thee, not for me.... Outs all about party affiliation, or perceived and projected party affiliation.

Why don’t Kyle’s attorneys use the fundraiser funds to pay his bail? In the unlikely event he is convicted, the bail money is returned so long as he doesn’t run. I am starting to think the lawyers Lin hooked him up with are crooks.

He's not yet being held by the jurisdiction that has placed the bond. He can't be bailed out until after extradition, which they are currently fighting.

Is that true? There is about no chance he isn’t extradited unless they convince the corrupt prosecutor to drop the charges, so I don’t understand why they would be fighting it if it means Kyle has to stay in jail (and would be bailed out after extradition). Doesn’t make sense to me.

Right now he is in juvy, so I assume there is some benefit to staying there.

I believe it's largely a delay tactic. The first shooter has been charged now... That would have come after Kyle's first hearing if they didn't fight.

Would think home is a hell of a lot better than juvy. Maybe on bail he can’t leave Wisconsin? Even then I would think Kyle could stay with a friend and be better off, but that is really the only explanation I can think of. Kyle being held in jail for this long is really a terrible miscarriage of justice. It’s truly disgusting and the prosecutor should be ashamed of themselves and disbarred.

Could they just raise bail again?

I know WI is an oddball that requires the full bail to be provided, not just 10% through a bondsman.

I think you are correct that bail must be paid in full in Wisconsin, but they have raised more than $2 mil so I don’t see the problem.

They have raised more than $2MM. https://fightback.law/ I understand the defense will be expensive, but they can fund the expense and get paid when the bail is refunded.

The further society moves away from our Lord Jesus Christ, the more the intellect of society resembles that of hell.

I'm too lazy to look up the idiot who trashtalked me for predicting that the murderer would walk, but whoever you are, if you read this thread: fuck you, and get your head out of the sand because while it may be uncomfortable, there is definitely a multi-tier justice system in this country and it views us on the right as worse than slaves.

In what world?

In Biden-Harris-Soros-ChiCom land.
