Dry cleaner employee here. YES! The solvent used in the process does quite well with hydrocarbons, sugars, greases, and fats. If it was natural honey he would have been quite pleased with his pants upon return.
Now, if you are talking about jizz, no laundry detergent or dry cleaning product known to man that will get that clean. Some shit, suffice it to say just don't wash out.
