Artist here. I specifically study hand drawn fonts and lines with pen.
The invoice was signed sloppily while standing and has a taste of disdain/carelessness, especially at the end. There also wouldn't have been such a lack of pressure on the upward swoop from the bottom right of the H to the center if forged.
Second signature was done while sitting, with paper at angle, and more intentional, clearly smaller, and with a much richer ink rather than the ballpoint from the invoice.
Those observations are obvious considering the documents but strokes are right.
A random person trying to forge, without any skill, would have much more intentional marks so you wouldn't see that skip in the beginning of the stroke. You'd see it deeper and well defined line and likely heavy in ink.
Someone trying to forge quick wouldnt hit all the same loops.
Wish I was an expert. Just my two cents. I have a steinhil 20x if I can see both documents lol.
Also most people don't take their time to neatly write out fully signatures for receipts. A legal document like a paternity filing is one thing, a bar tab or computer shop receipt is another. There's probably thousands to tens of thousands examples of his signature that can be found. If you go to the bars he frequents you'll most certainly find examples of his signature on the left.
