I waited only about 10 minutes today just past noon in Rockwall (granted, it's a small county). The line never actually stopped moving and had a lot of senior citizens. The elderly poll worker in a wheelchair whose job it was to wave us in from the line to sign in wasn't even wearing a mask. Because Rockwall left it up to adults to make decisions for themselves.
