This makes no sense. State law says that they must arrive by 8pm on election night. How can a court just change state law? They are supposed to uphold the law, not change it.

Yeah, Negative Ghost Rider. Please tell me where in the Constitution it states a specific day for the vote to be completed. The only regulation there is that the President takes office on Jan 20th. Federal Law demands that the electors be selected by the first Wednesday in December.
